

Moist yummy lasagne, orginal recipe from alison holst, have changed to suit my tastes
Turn the slow cooker on to HIGH to preheat and coat the bowl with non-stick spray
In the food processor add mince, garlic, basil, oregano, tomatoes, tomatoe paste, beef stock and water and process until well combined (can do this by mixing by hand but wouldn't be so lazy then :p)
Spread one third of the meat mixture evenly over the bottom of the slow cooker bowl. Place half the lasagne noodles over the meat. Repeat the layering with another 1/3 of the meat mixture, the remaining pasta then cover with the remaining meat mixture.
In a bowl combine the cream cheese, cottage cheese and egg , mix well and then spread over the top of everything in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Turn the slow cooker to LOW and cook for 8-9 hours.
If you love your cheese you may wish to double the cheese mixture and layer it in with the mince and pasta.
