365 days of slow cooking

So you may noticed my obsession with my slow cooker.  I use it several times a week, some times every single day of the week.  So when searching for recipes online I came across a blog about 365 days of slow cooking.
I went back to find it again but as my browser history gets cleared regularly so no luck there, so I went to Google and upon searching "365 days of slow cooking" I found lots and lots of blogs where people had attempted the challenge of a year of slow cooking every day.
I like this idea and I want to do it but with a baby due in 2 months it's probably not the best time for me start something like this.  But I am very keen to give this challenge a try, after all it's not cook dinner in the slow cooker every day for 365 days but it's use your slow cooker to cook something for 365 day.  I already use it to make porridge in the morning, and I've started making deserts in it as well.  So why does it always have to be dinner?

So I think maybe 2 months after the baby arrives might be a good time to start, but I will not set a date now as I'm sure anyone that has had a child will no what a bad idea that is.

Between now and then I will keep using my slow cooker and keep searching for more recipes which I will post on here as I make them.
